If human are better than animals,
how come we don't see groups of gerbils team up into groups and systematically try to kill each other; often for the maudlin of reasons excuses?

Or any other form of animal either? Except humanity.

3. I think animals are better than humanity.
After all, you don't see two flocks of birds pecking each other to death over a plot of land.

Humans do that all the time.

12. Yeah, but birds shit on cars.
And humans don't typically do that until we're really fucking pissed.

14. hummingbirds have been found locked in death
...because the two birds speared each other over a feeder. It's all about the territory, folks. Got one sitting outside my window right now looking around and it isn't so he can throw flowers at the next guy to come along.

The conservation movement is a breeding ground of communists
and other subversives. We intend to clean them out,
even if it means rounding up every birdwatcher in the country.

4. Your view of humanity has been corrupted

by the fact that you're only comparing them to Gerbils.

Apparently you've never been around blood-thirsty hamsters much.

9. Hate to say, but male chimp troops do go into other camps
take on the males, kill the infants, seize the females.

Maybe it's an ape thing.

18. Actually, rodents will form such teams to systematically kill each other
I read studies of rat populations where colonies of rats were allowed to grow beyond the means of the resources to take care of all rats. They ended up having gangs of juvenile rats roaming the colony killing off other rats.
