i remember seeing this website a few years back and being incensed by it.

people need to think about not getting a raise in 5 years, need to think about skyrocketing insurance costs, need to think about their job insecurity then compare their situation to that of the ceo, who IN ALL REALITY is nothing more than a glorified cheerleader.
