Sorry I didn't see the press conference, but I just watched "Bush's Brain" and noticed the reference to boll weevils. Rove and partners studied up on boll weevils during *'s governor's run as a way of becoming "experts" on just a few topics to make * seem very studied on at least a subject or two.

So he's recycling crap info from 1990 to make himself sound intelligent now?
