Why couldn't Bu$h open ANWR to drilling by Executive Order?

After all, that is how he opened up the national forests to the logging industry. The Oconee National Forest, just southwest of my mountain place, was opened to the tree-rapers last November. The Nantahala National Forest in NC is now in the bomb-sight of the Bu$hboy.

I live in a new-growth forest adjacent to the Nantahala which is only now recovering from when the robber barons clear-cut this beautiful place in the early 1900s. However, tree-raping wasn't enough for those rapacious bastards. They hired bounty hunters to come in and kill off much of the wildlife.

The damage that Bu$h and his minions have done to the environment in the US alone is incalculable. His legacy is nothing but death, destruction, and wanton rape of the land. May his fucking name be a vile curse on our and future generation's lips .. forever.
