bush thinks he's funny but he's not
at all his press conferences he tries oh so desperately to be funny, but funny to him is when women die in the electric chair. he calls reporters stupid names in an attempt to be funny, but it always falls flat.

he actually has no sense of humor, because that requires a brain and a soul, he has neither. but he attempts humor because it takes away from the painful fact that he is a retard who doesn't understand reporters questions, and doesn't understand the real world.

people laugh at his jokes with UNCOMFORTABLE laughter, the kind you give important people who try and fail to be funny.

JFK and many other politicians knew how to make you laugh, with sharp wits, aware of irony and sarcasm, on an intellectual level, but with bush, they are laughing at him, not with him.

bush laughs, and chortles and grins, and guffaws and smirks, but he really has no genuine sense of humor, and his fake humor does very little to cover his psychopathic, sociopathic self, and his real personality, that of a sadist monster preparing to torture you for fun.

1. there was one point in the press conf
where he made a comment about talking to Silvio Berlusconi about some "other matter", then he said that the other matter was the world bank. A couple of people in the room burst out laughing and chimpy just sneered at them because he wasn't trying to be funny.
What a sad, sick, pathetic waste of life.

2. I understand him. I recall the frat boys at college and car ---
sales men. Please we all know they are not funny they just drank a lot and thought they were.

5. Poppy had no sense of humor either, as I recall.
He was "out of place" and uncomfortable in public. Your graphic is appropriate. Soul-lessness is hereditary.

W is the kind of guy who walks into a Pottery Barn and breaks something on purpose so he can own it. Then he laughs and says it is better off broken and he can use the pieces to hurt anyone who doesn't think it is funny.

W is the ultimate "Ugly American". Does anyone remember that book? A perfect description of our foreign policy since 1958. Inept, bullying, tactless, stupid, arrogant, soul-less - all so true today. We have learned nothing, and don't intend to.

12. Emeril makes delicious food
Bush slaughters thousands. I can forgive Emeril who actually does make me laugh occassionally. The audience always has a dirty mind and there are often some funny moments when he is handling his sausage etc.

11. And then he does that condescending-leaning-forward into the podium
and stretching his neck out like a vulture while he pretends to lecture. That posture makes me ill.

13. It is the nervous laughter of an Enslaved People for their King's jokes
THAT is what you are describing. The nervous twitter of the courtier.

Digusting, yes. But it lies at the core of what Imperial Amerika is all about, servants, masters, and enforced defenerence to a moribund aristocracy.

Amerika is now about what almost all other nations are and always have been about. Jefferson described it best when he spoke against it:

"All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God."

-Thomas Jefferson, letter to Roger C. Weightman, June 24, 1826 (in the last letter he penned)

Of course Jefferson would be in Gitmo, or at the very least excoriated 24/7 on Faux ReichsPravda for the Liberal Socialist Traitorus Enemy of the State he'd be in today's Empire.
