Did anyone see that Boot Tribute to Iraq War Dead?
Sorry if this is a dupe - I just saw it on the local news. It's in Pasadena and they have over 1500 pairs of military boots sitting a memorial field, representing the lost soldiers. Some were the actual boots of the soldiers who died. Quite moving and sad. That useless piece of shit in the White House should be required to come and visit it, although he'd just pretend he was sad for the cameras. I hate that fucker.

1. It's a Quaker memorial from the AFSC
It passed through Dallas, but we missed it. Nuts.

2. The Quakers have been doing this since the death toll was low
They have done it on the front lawns before the white house, capital, but you are not going to see it on the Networks.

5. Good point, but remember...
...the Quakers are probably dealing with limited cash flow. And just try to imagine getting a permit to display 100K pairs of shoes instead of 1,500. Small moves...
