Barny Franks Yielding To Several Republicans On Schiavo Case
A Republican Rep. from Florida was very convincing and eloquent in saying Terri's wishes were to NOT be kept alive in a Vegetative state. I think this stupid bill may struggle to pass. I sure as hell hope I am right.

I don't know this Republican Reps name but we should all e-mail her and thank her. It's nice to know their is some sanity on the other side of the isle.

3. Florida reps should be defending their own state's law, courts
This "save us from ourselves" crap just goes to show that the rethugs will throw any principle under the bus to pander. This week, it is federalism.
