I definitely think it's one cause he has a lot of knowledge about. I don't mean the Schiavo fiasco, I mean the "brain dead" people who can actually function, like GWdumbya & his pals. It's something he's familiar with, and the first step would be to get them all hospitalized, where they belong. Jail would be better, and more appropriate, but, hey, I'd take institutionalized as a second choice.
