PHOTO: WOW ! Brazil Pro-Peace activists STAND UP against bush* wars

To mark the two year anniversary of the war and occupation of Iraq, Brazilians marched against U.S. imperialism this Saturday. People poured onto Sao Paulo´s busiest street, representing various struggles and carrying many flags - all united against the imperialism of the United States.

Groups such as the MST, Movement of Landless Rural Workers, marched along side a wide variety of radical workers parties, socialists and anarchists, creating a sea of red as the group took to the streets.

The crowd arrived at Plaza Se, in the center of Sao Paulo, where many speeches and musical performances continued this lively act of protest -marking two years of occupation, and the continued refusal of the Brazilian people to be accomplices with the United States.
