CNN just brought up the idea of Roe v Wade... this culture of life vote

CNN just brought up the idea of Roe v Wade... this culture of life vote
will change everything. This vote could in effect (and in my humble belief) overturned Roe V Wade.

This congress has basically said they come into our homes and decide what we can and cannot think or do.

5. the thing is, they have had the capability to vote on this from day
one...I may have the #'s backwards, but all they need is a 2/3 majority and then ratification from 3/4 of the states. I was under the impression it was a strategic decision not to try to overturn Roe this way because it would fail.

Now I wonder if it is because it could succeed and then what would they run on.

6. This is a test run...
1) to take away state rights and 2) to take on Roe v. Wade....

I think that after tonite's vote, they are feeling pretty good eh?
