10. When this is resolved...
it'll be business as usual, I suppose. However, the RW arguments about the sanctity of marriage will be somewhat strained by this congressional action. Oh, and the constant whine about the "activist judiciary" will fall a bit flat..:eyes:

5. Who were the 40+ Dems that voted Yes last night?
Also, the 4 or 5 Rs the voted no. I haven't been able to find it, but I'm not sure where to look. :shrug:

6. I know my Congressman voted No
Yeah for him and I set him an email this morning thanking him for his vote and my thoughts that one should be able to die with dignity.

I encourage you all who have Reps who voted No to write or call your Congressman and tell them you appreciate their vote.
