Iraqi Prime Minister´s Party Out of New Government
Baghdad, Mar 21 (Prensa Latina) The Shiite National Agreement Party led by Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi will be excluded from the new government, spokesman Monser Al Gauily stated Monday.

Al Gauliy said the 40 members of that party elected in January 2004 elections would exercise the opposition in Parliament.

Amid this panorama, the Interior Minister informed that insurgents ambushed a military convoy as it passed by the central neighbourhood of Al Ghazaliya. The attack left one dead and three wounded.

The US Central Command reported the deaths of two troops in rebel actions in the western and northern provinces of Al Anbar and Kirkuk on Sunday.

Following the invasion of Iraq in March 2003, 1,521 US military personnel have died, while nearly 11,400 have been wounded.

3. Is this what Rumsfeld was talking about?
He warned the incipient sovereign government of Iraq that they'd better be "darned careful" when it came to, uh, you know, governing Iraq. Apparently, they don't have nearly as big of a man date as George Dubya, so some step-watching is definitely in order in Baghdad.

"Rickie, I'm afraid you overestimate the Germans. Here in Casablanca, I am master of my--"
