CNN: on air 4:48 JW: judge told attorney for Terri Shiavo parents
he was not completely sold on an argument that attorney was making. "I think you would be hard pressed to convince me you have a substantial likelihood of the parents lawsuit succeeding"

1. Something tells me...
That we are on the verge of all-out war between the judiciary and congress.

7. Yup. It's those "Liberal Judges." That's why the 20 nominees must pass.
The Federalist Society will populate the federal judiciary and civil liberties will be history.

The likelihood of success is one of the two crucial elements necessary to obtain a temporary restraining order.

You must show:
1 - Irreparable harm will occur if the restraining order is not granted. - That is obvious here. And

2 - That there is a likelihood you will succeed in the litigation itself.

In other words, "sure there will be irreparable harm, but you have no case

3. Dead giveaway on what the outcome will be. Thank goodness
for Clinton appointees, even if he did go to a law school named after a guy who made hats. I always tell people real law schools are mostly named after States not hatmakers.

11. Thanks, I just tried to find it and it was gone--
Like I said, it would have seemed extremely schizophrenic for him to say that and then make the order....

Sorry all!
