Check out the Picture from space of Iraqi oil pipline fire

The smoke from the pipeline fire is the dark inky looking splotch in the bottom centre of the picture. Be sure to click on the picture to blow it up full size. At the bottom of the story there is another link to another picture of the same area taken prior to the fire.

5. Even the Great Wall can't be seen from space
I saw it on some urban legend debunking show awhile back. You sure as shit can see this smoke though. Thank you whistle-ass and whistle-dick.
