NYC Protests 031905 - PHOTOS

Here is what I saw when I convened with fellow protesters in NYC Saturday. It was a nice day and the turnout was strong. We marched from the East Green of Central Park down to Republican Mayor Mike Bloomberg's private residence and back over to 72nd and Central Park west. Like the other photos you've probably seen from protests around the world, there was an serious tone with an undercurrent of dark humor that is the only thing that's going to get most of us through the next 4 years.

Keep hitting the streets, everyone! Without checks and balances, that's all we've got.

You'll see a bridal party and a few wedding guests standing on the steps of a Park Ave. church while the protest streamed by. They were friendly and flashed us the peace sign many times.

Bush is STILL a douchebag!
