OK Rachel Maddow is great! She may need not a co-host but a

side-kick sounding board person. She's great by herself and she takes calls and she's on topic, meaning she's really talking about the news. She has great topics, the show isn't as funny as Mark&Mark but it shouldn't be cuz by 9am you are @ your desk and you're ready for the real deal.

I still love Mark & Mark on Morning Sedition. I only listen to the first hour of Al so I can get to Lynn Samuels from 1-3, then I hit Randi. Then I go to the Young Turks @ 6pm.

like M&M and to a degree Rachel.. I don't care for Lynn either as I would perfer to listen to Thom hartmanm because he more informative.. Randi is a hit, nothing else needs to be said.. and the young turks turn my stomach.. Anybody advocating the death sentence is not for me..

I doubt there could be anyone who could be as purified as that.

It is sad that some us must live all tied up in a little ball.

ENTERTAINMENT IS FUN. See it for what it is worse.

What I find funny is we are trying to undo a serious swing to the right. Doing that requires a mix of all types. As long as someone isn't a wing-nut I'll give them a chance.

We need all the help we can get. As long as they are against Chimpy they are alright with me. After we beat the neo-cons then I'll get picky. Just know we'll need more than one type of liberal to win that war and a few converts from the other side.

but I actually think the show is better without Liz. I think Rachel could have guest co-hosts for a while until she finds one she really clicks with and yes I would rather the mid-morning show be informative rather than funny.
