Question on Kerry and Indie Energy

One thing I really liked about Kerry was he wanted to try other ideas for energy with vehicels. Does anybody remember any of his plans? The reason I'm asking is cause I'm listening to the rerun of Malloy from WRS on the part of the show I missed last night and he's talking about Bush's little indie energy plan and how you don't need to tax the oil companies more. :eyes: So I was wondering about Kerry's ideas cause I know Bush took one of Kerry's ideas already (meeting with allies).
