I just tried to watch Nancy Grace with Michael Schaivo's brother on.

And her snippy attacking, non-objective questioning had me change the channel in 3, 1/2 minutes. OMFG!

Apparently she has some reprimands from state courts in Georgia that are not too flatering. What should we expect from CNN?

Well, maybe that's a little over the top but you get the drift.

There have been stories in the past about interview subjects who aren't given monitors showing the interviewer. Gives the interviewer a significant advantage. (Think about it, if you were only given questions in an earpiece with a camera in your face.)

They had a cool guy who had a keen sense of irony and just did news. Now it's fauxed!

I have yet to see her comment on any court case where she shows any empathy for the accused. Her fiance' was murdered many years ago and she talks about being a victim often way too often. She needs to get over her anger.

Too bad I missed her reaction to the Robert Black acquittal. I was happy to see the guy let off.

but I watched tonight because I thought maybe coming from court tv, she'd bring out some of the legal points which need discussing. No such luck -- even the simple stuff like the nurse saying Michael would not allow them to follow rehab orders, went past her -- if you know anything from having dealt with the medical system, you know that a nurse cannot refuse to follow doctor's orders or his/her license is on the line. Did she bring this up??? Question the obvious lack of veracity of the statement? NOPE When the lying priest (Mrs. Schindler has not been able to see her daughter -- she had to wait 5 hours! -- then she did see her, didn't she?) said the judge said that no one could use the moist spongies to dampen Terri's mouth on her death bed, but could only use a dry Q tip -- Gag Lady had to know that a judicial opinion would never carry that kind of medical specificity! And she said nothing.

She would have been one scary prosecutor -- as in Nazi -- because she has no desire to seek truth, but, rather, shows a real penchant for trying to disguise and avoid it.

There are things like a wrongly written script, where a nurse is expected to intervene. Alas, in this case, however, we don't have those sorts of allegations, or proof that if something was amiss, it was reported to the proper supervisor or committee.

that order is a correct order, if it isn't you have to question it. Been there done that.
