hasn't he done it yet "for Terri" after 6 days?

Has he judged her life doesn't have as much meaning as a normal child?

4. Imagine if Terri was a normal 2 year old with full consciousness
and for whatever reason 25 judges decided family members were within their rights to not feed it.

We all know Jeb would forcibly remove the person (and public opinion would be on his side), so why hasn't he done it for Terri yet since THEIR WHOLE ARGUMENT is that she is NO different than the normal person as far as her life's value, and the judges + public opinion are WRONG?

5. The answer is because this is not a case of abuse. Terri is in
PVS and as such is entitled to removal of life support.

7. That argument isn't going anywhere I'm afraid
In order for us to slam Governer Bush on this we have to basically concede 99% of their argument. I just don't see that happening.

8. Aha!
Taking the logic out to absurdity. Yes, I see where you're going with that now. However, pointing out their logical flaws doesn't wash with these people.

2. Because this is a last ditch effort
They have tried it before and it didn't work. They didn't want to have to this, but now that they have exhausted all other ploys, this is all they have left.

That's why they brought these charges of abuse just yesterday. They have to substantiate abuse before they take custody.

Apparently, the judge has just ruled they cannot show abuse, therefore they cannot take custody. Game's over.

9. You are bad...
:P :)

GAME'S OVER. Judge Greer ruled and blocked Jebbie from having the state take custody.

The only thing they can do now, is storm the Hospice.

They are saying the Terri is moving into the final dying stages. Lethargy. She is calm and peaceful.

6. Terri is entitled to have life support removed. It's that simple.

10. I have just regained a small sense of hope for our country

Thanks to Judge Greer, the SOTUS, the 11th District Court, the ACLU, a few FL Congress members, and Michael Shiavo, we still have some of our civil liberties.
