not the circumstances, but the behavior of the respective families. The inablity to respect the law, that republican thing that says the law is for everyone else but me. Is it the water or the fumes of all the dead coral reefs?

The basic mechanism here is the right wing using someone 'innocent' and unimpeachable who also CANNOT SPEAK FOR HERSELF--that's very important, otherwise she might argue with them--in order to articulate their agenda. We're not doing this for ourselves! Oh no! We're only doing it for Terri! All for Terri! We're not destroying the rule of law in this country and shredding the constitution because that will increase our power and allow us to achieve theocracy! No! Oh no! THis is all about Terri! Expect the confluence of Terri "spirit" sightings with the Easter holiday. Perhaps Mama Schindler will press a cloth to Terri's face, and an image will mysteriously appear. If so, expect dishtowels with the image on ebay.

These bozos are doing everything but mortifying their flesh in order to be on teevee and it's quite creepy

I mean, come on: Marielysies (sic). She ROCKED. Especially when she was showing the "trashed" house after the Feds came in, including the door off the hinges. You know, the door that in their OWN photos, was on the hinges??? And her shrieking mental breakdowns on TV. Classic. <sigh> The good old days...

Why the hell didn't any of those people go to jail? If they were black or Mexican, they wouldn't see the light of day for 20 years...

And Heaton does not have Gloria Estefan;s RW creds. Come on, was Heaton's dad a Batista stooge?
