It seems there are various assholes all over TV spouting lies, with no one really challenging them to their faces. Seems the media is running
propaganda and lies, only this time, the other sides hasn't even had to put out any ads!!!

I rely on DU, foreign websites, the Daily Show and my shortwave radio for the news...
The US news has jumped the shark, nearly all of it is crap.

crap and not getting called on it while there is an actual legal record.

Media won't correct flagrently false statements and recites the already discredited stories of people over and over again.

It is on a painful topic and the side being attacked doesn't feel completely comfortable attacking back because of the status of the other people who are flinging the lies.

Most of the comments made by the "feed Terri" side are complete lies, fabrications and distortions.

Whether it's a doctor, a lawyer or some "expert", they're all spewing these lies--initially perpetuated by her family and other right-wing wackos. Now these lies are being repeated a gazillion times over.

I just saw these two wacknuts on Larry King Live discussing Terri Schiavo. All of their basic arguments were built on a foundation of lies.

The facts don't support the arguments of these people. That's why the courts favored Michael Shiavo more than 20 times.

It's just so ridiculous that our media gives these lying jerks any air time.

Like my husband said, once the Swift Boat liars were given face time--we lost. It's so true. Once they're validated--with exposure on national media--all hell breaks loose.
