HELP again: I think my blog is down

Something else has gone wrong.

First I get a flash of a page that says:

Will Pitt
FYI

on the top left corner of the page and then it quickly gives me the standard "Page not found error."

What we can know from this is that:
1)The server is responding to the request for the page and is (at first)returning the page to my browser. This is good news because it means that the server isn't being hacked or anything and is functioning.
2)Truthout home page comes up which also indicates a healthy server and DNS and all of that.

My theory, and it's like Dr. Frist diagnosing a patient over video mind you, is that it is a scripting error on the page itself. Without being too technical the code on the page is being executed in a certain order. At first everything is fine (it displays your name and title of the page) and then the browser or server encounters an error and aborts processing the page.

Did you just add something recently? Is there a coder you can contact? I wish I could help further Will.

Hmmm. Seems to be the same problem I had last year when trying to investigate vote fraud. Suddenly, no SoS sites were available. I couldn't connect to any election fraud websites. No gov't websites. I installed a proxy server and suddenly the same computer/same browser would connect fine. Control of cyberspace is a central tenet of the PNAC scheme. It's already moving silently into place without any oversight or recourse.

The White House Ace PornoPundit claims to be an expert at getting things up, and there are any number of Republican testiclemonies to verify his claims.*

A new CBS News poll has Congress enjoying an anemic 34% approval rate, the lowest since 1997. Mr. Bush's approval rate sits at 43%. A full 82% of the public thing George and the boys should have stayed out of this, and only 13% of those polled think George and the boys actually care about Ms. Schiavo. The rest, a whopping 74%, see this as the gross political ploy it has been.
