Turner hosts the "Hal Turner Show" (apparently from his home in North Bergen, New Jersey, although he has a New York City mailing address). The show is broadcast on weekday evenings by shortwave radio station WBCQ out of Monticello, Maine, and reaches most of the country. It is also simulcast on the Internet.

Turner's language and message are often extreme, and in recent months Turner has repeatedly urged acts of violence and terrorism. On September 25, for example, Turner suggested to his audience that "it is time to start killing Jews in the United States, cut their throat as they walk down the street, drive by and blast them with a shotgun…throw Molotov cocktails through their jewelry store windows and then Israel can ask us to stop."

On October 28, when a caller alleged that a federal judge stopped expenditure for a new courthouse because the town was not diverse enough, Turner opined, "I hope somebody assassinates that Federal Judge."

On Halloween, after hearing that "international observers" were coming to monitor the upcoming election in Florida, Turner called on the people of Florida to go to the polls armed and demand that the observers leave - or kill them on the spot if they refuse.

Although Turner claims no formal affiliation with any white supremacist group, his "Hal Turner Radio Network" broadcasts Aryan Nations programs and provides air time to other white supremacist guests such as Matt Hale, leader of the World Church of the Creator. Turner also sponsors other race-baiting programs, among them Michigan white supremacist James Wickstrom's "Yahweh's Truth."

SUGGESTION FOR CATHOLIC CHURCH OFFICIALS REGARDING SCHIAVO CASE
Michael Schiavo enjoys legal guardianship of Terri Schiavo because they are "married." But "Marriage," when performed in a church, is a religious sacrament - not a civil ceremony.

SInce Michael Schiavo has been living with another woman instead of his wife Terri for the past ten years he is, according to church doctrine, committing "Adultery."

SInce the church bestowed the sacrament of Marriage, the church can revoke it. I suggest the Catholic Church declare the marriage of Michael and Terri Schiavo to be ANNULLED.

This would be grounds for Terri's parents to challenge his legal guardianship since he would no longer be her "husband." The parents could then sue for Guardianship as Terri's nearest relatives and the court would be hard pressed to say otherwise.

Since the Vatican itself has referred to this situation as "direct euthanasia; a pitiless way to kill" I think the hierarchy of the Church would act on this suggestion quite quickly.

But on second thought. . . . . .

She was born a jew, but converted to Catholicism. Being born a jew makes one a racial jew no matter what religion they convert to. And seeing as racial jews are the lowest form of scum in the history of this planet, (They've been thrown out of more countries than any other race in history) maybe starving Terri to death isn't too bad a thing at all.

In fact, since there are so many other jews in Florida, doubtless many who are seriously ill from all their inbreeding and race mixing, maybe this Schiavo thing is a terrific way to set case law as an excuse to get rid of a whole slew of other jews!

I am sick and tired of the term "starved to death". She is not starving because in order to starve, you must hunger. And I thought that by her cerebral cortex now being liquefied, that she didn't feel pain, or wasn't aware of pain. And another thing, a feeding tube doesn't feed you food. The United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate, duly constituted under The Constitution of the United States and acting in accordance with federal law, have issued Subpoenas COMMANDING the appearance of Theresa Marie Schiavo at congressional hearings.

Interference with or causing harm to a Witness who is summoned to appear before Congress is unlawful.

The Pinellas Park Police Department, The Pinellas County Sheriff's Department and Florida Circuit Court Judge George Greer have been and continue to deliberately interfere with the ability of Theresa Marie Schiavo and others to answer the Subpoenas lawfully issued by Congress. This deliberate interference by sovereign entities of a state government is actual, direct rebellion and insurrection against the authority of the United States in violation of 18 USC 2328 as cited above.

So brazen are those in rebellion, that they refused to allow the elected and sovereign Governor of the State of Florida to intervene in the matter, by threatening a physical "showdown" between local police and Florida State Law Enforcement Agents!

Mr. President, you are authorized under Title 10 United States Code, Sub-Title "E", Part Two, Chapter 1211, Sub-Section 12406 (2) to call into service the National Guard in sufficient numbers to quell this rebellion or insurrection, enforce the Subpoenas lawfully issued by the United States Congress, and take into custody, the aforementioned Police, Sheriffs and Judge by any force necessary.

As a citizen of the United States, I respectfully DEMAND the President of the United States enforce the law immediately by deploying troops with orders to use whatever force is necessary to quell or destroy the rebellious entities named above, capture or kill those in rebellion and save the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo, a Witness under subpoena by the United States Congress, who is presently being starved to death by the aforementioned rebellious criminals.

SUGGESTION FOR CATHOLIC CHURCH OFFICIALS REGARDING SCHIAVO CASE
Michael Schiavo enjoys legal guardianship of Terri Schiavo because they are "married." But "Marriage," when performed in a church, is a religious sacrament - not a civil ceremony.

SInce Michael Schiavo has been living with another woman instead of his wife Terri for the past ten years he is, according to church doctrine, committing "Adultery."

SInce the church bestowed the sacrament of Marriage, the church can revoke it. I suggest the Catholic Church declare the marriage of Michael and Terri Schiavo to be ANNULLED.

This would be grounds for Terri's parents to challenge his legal guardianship since he would no longer be her "husband." The parents could then sue for Guardianship as Terri's nearest relatives and the court would be hard pressed to say otherwise.

Since the Vatican itself has referred to this situation as "direct euthanasia; a pitiless way to kill" I think the hierarchy of the Church would act on this suggestion quite quickly.

When Attorney General Janet Reno ordered armed agents to enter the house of the family of Elian Gonzales these same Republicans were streaming about abuse of power. I think it was fair or some other liberal organization that pointed out that Pat Buchanan called for the president to use armed guards to get Shavio out of the hospice where she is staying. It was then pointed out that in 1999 Buchanan criticized the use of armed guards by the Clinton Administration as a police state tactic.

Apparently, these people were educated in public schools post 1980 and as such, have no clue about what words really mean. They need to brush up on their reading comprehension.

To help ease their emotional temper tantrums over my remarks, I will herein explain the difference between an opinion, a threat and incitement:

Saying something "should" happen or "ought to" happen is an opinion. You may not like what I think "should" or "ought to" happen, but saying such things amounts only to an OPINION.

Saying something "WILL" happen or "IS GOING TO" happen can be a threat, but only if what "Will" happen is illegal.

"Incitement" is when an utterance is made IN A CONTEXT WHICH MAKES IMMINENT LAWLESSNESS LIKELY.

If I utter something on my web site, it is uttered in a context which does not lend itself to immediate lawless action. If I made some of my remarks in front of the Terri Schiavo Hospice in Florida, in the presence of angry mob, then it would be LIKELY that direct lawlessness would happen and THAT could be unlawful "incitement."

So all you folks who have been screaming for me to be jailed, haven't got a leg to stand on. I know where the "line" is with respect to illegal language and I do not cross it.

And for those government types who think they will file a charge anyway, I've been down that road before and when I was done suing the folks who falsely arrested me over my words, it cost them big $$$$$ (5 figures!).
