"Junk lawsuits".."frivolous lawsuits"
What could be a BIGGER waste of judicial time and effort than what we are seeing NOW??

I am in no way suggesting that ordinary people should not be able to appeal and file suits, but after HUNDREDS of jusdges and lawyers have said NO, and yet MORE suits are filed, where IS the line??

The line has to have been crossed many times..

Has anyone YOU know, ever gotten such attention legally??

Oh wait - - they're working under the direction of the US Congress. Well, those are the good attorneys, and the ones suing those poor corporations who might have goofed are the ones we should hate. You know, dickheads like John Edwards. Those are the
bad ambulance-chasing lawyers. I think that clears it all up.

2. These are not class action suits and they are not against
corporations, so they don't count! :shrug:
