1. a co-host of our local con. talk show broke with the party line on this...
she said, "we have to start thinking about the quality of life and not just the quantity of life." She was very anti-federal intervention, etc. and her co-host did not feel strongly either way so she has really taken over the show on this matter. She should be a Democrat.

2. And Republicans support the "culture of *quantity* of life"???
Or is it better phrased as "culture of *distribution* of life"?

Or even "culture of *control* of life"?

4. "culture of lack-of-quality-of-life"
The cons are taking us straight back to a feudal/wage-slave system.

5. Yeah, well.. it figures.
If the world went feudal right now, we know who the nobility would be.

They're just trying to quit while they're ahead.

6. More accurate to say they support the "culture of biology."
There is no "life" in Mrs. Schiavo.
