The Media Focus Before 9/11 Was Ridiculous as Well

I remember the media non-story that was being covered before the 9/11 attacks (not nearly as insanely nor intense as the Schiavo story) was how Ann Heche, Ellen DeGeneres girlfriend, went a little crazy and was seen walking around dazed in an L.A. neighborhood.

What has happened to our media, this is insane.

2. Yeah, but most of us are talking about the Schiavo case anyway.

Whatever. :shrug: I started a thread that basically said the same thing and yet I have participated a few times in the Schiavo threads. :shrug:

5. Yeah, you're right about the throat-shoving thing. Sigh.

I don't think she'll live that long. But be prepared for post-death fallout, a highly publicized funeral, etc.
