1. most likely accident
some pipe fitter got his pipes mixed up (happens all the time) and it caused an explosion

2. According to KHOU-TV in Houston
on the night of the blast, officials had ruled out terrorism.

Some of the workers near the blast said they heard (this is not official) that someone had a vehicle of some sort inside, near a spill of some sort. The driver of the vehicle insisted on attempting to restart the machine, several times, while people told him not to. He continued, and a spark caught. Again, hearsay, and unofficial.

One note of interest -- all of the first 14 reported dead (there are now 15) were contractors.

4. 9 times out of 10, industrial accidents ARE accidents.
Things blow up all the time. The dust inside your TV can catch fire.

I would think a bunch of refineries at once would make a good target..try making enough gas then! But the FBI is doing a bang up job at stoping the bad guys cold.
We just won't be able to read about it untill a few years go by.

And esential infrastructure like refineries are being guarded

8. Interesting: For Europe the Bushistas have different news - the
second time I've seen this:

One time they said there was a terra-lert in the US, grave danger ahead, so to speak - which you never heard of, though! It was the time of *'s "charm offensive" in Europe and the Europeans had to be taught to toe the line. Understand that this was no mistake of the European media since most of them get their news from American news agencies. It was planted.

In this case "spiegel online" wrote yesterday - without mentioning the source (probably AP Germany) that two "islamist" groups claimed "on the internet" to be responsible for this "terrorist act": One group "hitherto unknown" (you bet) supposedly called "Al Qaida - Organization for Holy War in the United States" (*g*) , the other "Army of the Orient". Supposedly "the claims so far cannot be verified". The article also stated though that the FBI said there was no sign of a terrorist attack.

In Germany most people still trust their news - only those who also read news from foreign sources see these discrepancies. The Bushistas are very actively influencing German media already. Scares the shit out of me. You have big problems convincing people that main stream media lie - imagine how much harder it will be to convince Germans that Americans influence their news.

9. what ?????????? you can not ask that question..i thought
we were only allowed to discuss terri ...terri this terri that...omg..do you really want to discuss anything else that could possibly be a real news story??

nahhhhhhhhhhh ..we get the gannon guckert stories shut down.,cause it may be a real story...and yet we flood the threads with terri terri terri terri...and no one shuts this non story down..and now you want to bring up a real story here...ahhhhhhhhhhh ..we can't have that...now lets get this straight..there was no blow up in texas..except tom delay blowing up about terri!!

lets get our priorities straight here....

terri terri terri terri terri terri terri terri...do you understand yet...
15 dead in texas is a non story...but if they were all brain dead and in a hospice..now that wopuld be the all time story!!..15 terris..wow that would be incredible!! there would be no limit to the threads on 15 brain dead people....

now let me get this straight..you want to discuss a story about 15 people dying in an oil refinerery..one that has been fined so many times for all kinds of safety failures..and you think that is a story??

i thought we were now supposed to follow the msm propaganda here now...

10. well, I know how you feel, BUT...
I'm also frustrated by the TS frenzy, but if that's what people want to talk about, I say let 'em. Nobody is stopping you from talking about other things, just by not being interested in them.

By the way, thanks for tuning into a Schiavo thread! :D
