Where is Lincoln, when you need him....?

Simple questions: Does this country have a New Confederate/Rebel sympathizer in the White House? I say this, because of Jeb sending in his goons, to confront local police, who were defending the judges order to keep the tube removed, thus Jeb was attempting to defy the laws of our country. Why hasn't Bush arrested his brother for attempting to usurp law? Is Bush a New Confederate/Rebel sympathizer? If so, it looks like the Union may have won the battle, but lost the war. And by Bushes non-action towards this attempted rebellion, it appears that non-unionists are occupying Washington and the White House. I agree with that Miami Herald article, we have a constitutional issue at hand.
