3. I wish I could be optimistic about cooler heads prevailing

but something about the frenzy that's been stirred up has me thinking that Brooklyn_Liberal is prolly right on this one. 'US Justice System v. God' is now underway in the "minds" of the fundy right.

The Schindler's lawyer has stated they will not file a federal appeal. All that remains is "fallout", whatever form that might take.
