And by "repub-lite" if you mean he represents a conservative state strongly influenced by national GOP operatives, yes he does. But he's more of a progressive. It's how he got elected. And he is far, far preferable to Pete "Heritage Foundation" Coors. :-)

I thought the percentage was rather high though. Glad someone explained this to me.
