You know, when I was talking to my 78-yr-old father last week about this whole awful situation, he said, "why doesn't somebody just shoot the b------!?" My next long-distance call was to my sister. Of course, I started talking to her about Terri. She immediately said, "Somebody oughtta kill him! (Michael)". I was really surprised at these responses, especially from my sister who usually wants to talk about decorating instead of politics, etc...

It didn't take long to find one:

Death is more lucrative. Their business is to help people die. The last thing they want to do is save a life. There's no money in it.

Boycott Hospice donations.

Someone ought to remind the freeps that Terri's hospice care costs $80,000 a year. They don't make that on empty beds.

The Hospice had to bribe 21 judges to ensure Ms Shiavo's demise.

It's a high overhead business.

Especially them thar Supreme Court judges. I hear they'll roll for a pallet of twinkies and a pair of Nike hightops each. Of course Scalia also demanded shares in the hospice. Conniving buggers, these conservative judges. ;)

Gems of all sort, not just for the Schiavo story....
