2. Its ok to express it and vent. I get angry about a lot of things that
happen and would like to channel negative emotions into somethime positive..but thats easier said than done..I've heard people in the media or allowed by them to downright lie before. I'm not sure how to get together and protest that but I'd like to also. Its very maddening and very distortive of the truth. You aren't alone in being angry. No, you have lots of company. Peace!
