37. Yep. Not surprising they bring up previous Bush lawlessness.
W. has shown that he doesn't give a crap what the law is on plenty of occassions. The fundies backed him. Now they are wondering why W and Jeb suddenly decide the "rule of law" and "court orders" keep them from doing the right thing.

If W. can snatch Jose Padilla and hold him incommucado and without charges, why can't they snatch Terri Sciavo? the fundies wonder.

8. disconnect your cable and TELL THE BASTARDS....
Loss of market share and revenue is the only thing they fear. They've finally figured out where they stand on "bread and circuses," so the crazed circus will only escalate as long as that's what the rubes are buying. Stop being a rube.

9. Klayman on now, screaming for Jeb to act.
Talking about Elian Gonzales case saying Elian was returned to "communist Cuba" on Easter weekend, then adding that it was ironic they were in Florida again on Easter weekend.

Klayman is, indeed, trying to incite a riot; insisting Jeb should storm the hospice and take Schiavo.

Randall Terry, of course, was directly behind Klayman ensuring he had face time on the camera.

10. They've been doing that all week! Larry Klayman?
Now, they're dredging up the pond scum itself. Friday, one of the ANCHORS was insisting that Jeb Bush DOES have the authority to go in and take her out of the hospice. I think a Congressional investigation into Conn's behavior in the Schaivo case is in order!

but to spare the other families at the hospice. He would of course have to have the consent of her family not to overstep his authority. As governor, he could make sure that she was safely taken to another preferably undisclosed facility like the ICU of a hospital. It would be within his authority to provide a guard around her to keep away the nutjobs. There is a law that forbids protests on or near hospital grounds. Oh, but I forgot, he is one of the nutjobs.

24. Not just those at the hospice are being disrupted.
I found this in an LBN thread, telling how others in the neighborhood are being hassled - they're in their last days too, but the protesters don't seem to care.

Even if Jeb stormed the hospice, Terri, in her current condition, is unlikely to be able to withstand the treatment to bring her back.

"a fundy panel was there whining about how discriminated against they are and how the media only shows the wackiest of them giving the impression that all of them are whacks. In effect by saying this they were admitting they are whacks."

When the left has a protest, and 99% are peaceful, these same "fundies" claim the 1% who are not peaceful represents the "real face" of the left.

15. I can't believe I'm saying this but ...
from time to time today, I have surfed through the news channels and, God forgive me, but I think the discussion moderated on Fox is actually fairer than than on CNN or MSNBC. I don't know how to feel about this.

Right now, some blond lady I do not know is openly skeptical of the gop Feeney who she is interviewing. I watched for her name but she never said before commercial.

34. Fox totally impartial
"from time to time today, I have surfed through the news channels and, God forgive me, but I think the discussion moderated on Fox is actually fairer than than on CNN or MSNBC. I don't know how to feel about this."

I've watched a lot of coverage, and Fox, by far, is the most biased in my opinion. Totally biased, camped out 24/7 at the hospice and putting on 95% Schindler advocates vs. 5% M. Sciavo advocates. Talking to people who let their children get arrested trying to bring Terri water (as if she can actually drink it). They didn't question the NA who said Michael was making statements like "Is she dead yet?" and "Is she finally dead?" The worst thing Fox has done is bring on all the doctors who dissent from the majority opinion on her condition, and claiming that she is in agonizing pain. I pray she is not in pain, but how many people have to make this decision? When the end comes for the family members of the Fox viewing audience, will they believe it when the doc tells them their loved one will die peacefully?

26. I think I'm getting the picture now
Larry Klyman, who should know better, is urging Governor Bush to disregard the courts and take matters into his own hands.

Governor Bush is now hiding behind the law after threatening to do otherwise. He sent state troopers to Pinellas Park Thursday to take Mrs. Schiavo into state custody and start feeding her after the court ruled against removing her.

When he did that, he crossed the Rubicon. Now he is trying to run back to the safe side.

I can't complain about his finally deciding to obey the law and not try to overreach his authority. However, he's clearly doing that not because it is what he should do as Florida's chief executive, but because he suddenly sees that it would be too difficult politically to do what he'd really like.

Governor Bush should have made it clear weeks ago that he would abide by the court's decision, whatever it would be. Instead, he spent the time between then and now playing to the rabble, only to find that the rabble wasn't as big and powerful as he thought it would be. In playing the part of the demagogue, Governor Bush has acting contrary to the interests of public safety.

Jeb Bush is unfit to hold public office. He should be removed by the state legislature and would be, if they weren't as crooked as he.

31. Unfortunatley, I saw about 2 minutes of the idiot Larry King last night.
He had some religious psycho saying things like: "I do not own my body... god owns my body... I cannot just do what I want with my body..." ad infinitum. Larry was egging him on too.

Karl Rove obviously has called all the cable TV news organisations and ordered them to rile up the religious wackos.
