Delay's words speak volumes about his political intentions.

Notice how Delay keeps referring to the courts as being "out of control" because they don't rule as he feels they should. Excuse me, but I was always under the impression that the courts weren't under anyone's "control" but were a separate and equal third branch of our government. Just whose "control" is Delay referring to? Obviously, it's his and his Christo-Fascist political cronies in the Executive and Legislative branches of government. He doesn't believe in the separation of powers in our government and wants a judiciary that will rubber stamp anything that comes their way from a conservative Congress or the President. This guy needs to go back and take some basic civic lessons about how our government works.

1. Maybe he's trying to diminish the credibility of the courts
because he has a bunch of explaining to do and is trying to garner sympathy. Whatever, he's so damn insulting; I hope his karma will bite him in the ass!

3. Delay is scum!!!
On ABC's nightly news they showed Delay after TS died - he basically called Michael an animal and said the Federal Government must put an end to judges NOT listening to the congress or the president- "DeLay said he would make sure that the GOP-controlled House "will look at an arrogant and out of control judiciary that thumbs its nose at Congress and the president."

5. His constituents seem
to love him. I'm sure he's song all this puffing and strutting for their benefit. They are the ones who will re-elect him.
