Is it true that David Horowitz is a Traitor?

I've heard around that Horowitz is a traitor, an actual Traitor, who has defied a Law, I found little snippets of things, but I can not find any actual evidence saying that Horowitz has betrayed America.

Help me out, help America out.

1. You could find his biography

He worked with the black panthers back in the day, that much I remember. He is a former liberal turned ultra conservative. He also wrote an article arguing that teachers are overpaid and underworked. That might give a hint as to his mental condition.

He wants to make it easier for us to trace connections he says between liberals and terrorist groups, so as to intimidate liberals. That's what his follow the network plan is all about, borrowing from both Red Scares. In that sense I'd say he is a traitor to the principles this nation was founded on.
