4. Yes...as I understand it, he has asked to be kept alive
by artifical means, if needed. Which means that he'd be Pope as long as he draws breath, by himself or no. That would be interesting, wouldn't it?

7. only by nasograstic tube (hydration and nutrients)--he is dying at his
residence (at his request)-not in a hospital-- I think we can make the assumption that there will be not respirators to help him breathe.

If you listen to all the medical reports, all of his organs are malfunctioning, and his EEG has flatlined. Even with assisted breathing equipment, his heart will not be beating much longer.
