Remember hearing about Bush v. Gore?

RW'ers are always saying how Judges are unelected tyrants, well this seems to be the most Anti-American and Dictatorial thing the courts have ever done.

If I could repeal one Court decision, it would be this one.

1. I'm sure it does, but remember, judicial activism is on both sides.
That's why Shrub is fighting so hard to have HIS nominees OK'd. He's not against activist judges...as long as they are on HIS side!

appointed Kenneth Starr was what? Judicial activists? I think so! It depends on whose ox is gored.
