The wingers figured it out along time ago, FIGHT DIRTY, do what ever it takes to win. If you have a weak stomach stay out of the way of those who are willing stand up and smack back. We bring Marquis of Queensbury to street fights and get our asses handed to us.
They give us so much material yet we let them slide.This week I would have donated a crisp one hundred dollar bill to the DNC if anybody from our side would have gotten there chicken ass in front of a camera and said Tom Delay has no business lecturing anybody about anything. So you republicans get him under control and put him back in his cage. This country needs his hate mongering now like we need another war. God I miss Paul Wellstone. I know this is not the first post like this. I also know many politians frequent this site.
So for those of you Dems holding office, we've got your back. What are you waiting for? Start doing the things you were elected to do.
If they try to raming a bill through without giving proper time to debate. State publicly I can not vote in favor of something I am not informed about. Then vote NO.
I found myself looking for information on other countrys to move to the other day. WHAT THE HELL I was born here, my family goes back a couple hundred years in this country. I'll be damned if I'm going to leave because a bunch of Fascists think they have some right to impose there sick, paranoid schemes on me and my family. I know ranting rearly gets anywhere, but man it feels good. Thanks everybody.

With gas prices going up, the economy going down and the neo-thugs insane "Social Security Reform" scheme the sheep are starting to realize what Bush is about. Don't believe me. Look at Bush's approval ratings, which are dropping like the stock market.

The question is what are the Democrats going to do about it? The Dems have their opening, there's blood in the water. Now they just have to take advantage of it.

While your own preacher might be reasonable, it seems like the leadership is controlled by very wealthy wingnuts. I think it's time to recruit more progressive minds into the church leadership. And I have no idea how that's done :shrug:.

And TV is destroying this country. People just don't give a shit about thinking anymore. They just swallow the slick soundbytes and 24 hour whoring. When all you see is heavily biased propaganda, people will believe it.

Democrats and liberals have a tendency not to fight, they rather turn the other cheek. It's there way of showing their superiority, not bowing down to the repugs level.

But it's also a self-defeating strategy. We have to fight fire with fire. Take no fucking prisoners. It's the only way.

And I agree. I'm sick and tired of being nice myself. Being nice gets you nowhere with these people. You can try all you want but it doesn't do any good. I'm with you. In these times you can't let things slide. No more dino's!

They stole the presidency from Gore in 2000. Then they stole the vote again in 2004. They are now planning how to steal the 2006 vote.
