I have begun to write my book

I am taking suggestions for chapters to include in my book, Terror Friendly, a history of connections and 'coincidental' links between Islamic Terrorists and the Right Wing

The stuff I have so far:

The RW and the Afghan 'freedom' fighters
Did the RW's Homophobic attitude make us vulnerable to terrorists?
Al Qaeda and the RW both had a 'get Clinton' movement
The Christian Right and the Islamic Right, a comparison of values
Pat Robertson, Charles Taylor, and Al Qaeda
Dekkers Flight School
PNAC and the 'new Pearl Harbor'
Jeb Bush, what did he know?
Palestinian Terrorists and the Federal Marriage Amendment

Do you have any suggestions?
