Wal-Marts share of the tax-cut was $51 million
they spent $3.2 million on lobbying to get those tax cuts. Not a bad return for their money.

They also gave $2.6 million to Progress for America in August and September last year. Swift Boat Vets for the Truth was sponsored by PFA.

I guess they'd rather be royally screwed by the G.O.P. than allow gays to screw legally.

2. Actually, that $51 million...
... was on just one part of the tax cuts--the lowering of tax rates on dividends. They're making much more on the other cuts combined.

The Waltons are just one of the new robber barons. The industrial age had its Vanderbilts and Rockefellers, the consumer age now has its Waltons.
