Need a couple of hundred 5's on the military deaths, DU!
This article is an hour too old to make LBN, but it was freeped unmercifully as you'll see. It's a particularly loathesome hobby of theirs.

Just a couple of hundred '5' ratings would be a big help correcting this insult, so when you get a second please click a '5' rating on this story from yesterday evening...

A Look at U.S. Military Deaths in Iraq

Avg Rating: 1.38, 133 votes - Your Rating: 5

Lord, I hate freepers. :grr:

4. Sorry, but it's a waste of time
a solid 5.00 on this story would not get America's attention.

FR can spend all kinds of effort trying to quash the truth. Yahoo ratings might be a fun game for them, but that's all it is, a game for them. No thanks.

than you would have rating the story. Thanks anyway, eh?

13. No my post was not a waste of time
It was a statement: freeping a poll is a waste of time.

The statement itself, agree or disagree, has more value than a numbers game on a yahoo article.

5. What is WRONG with those freepers???
Aren't they the ones with the support-the-troops stickers plastered all the hell over themselves?

What, support them until they get killed, and then diss them?

11. they are saying the deaths of US troops are not important to them
can't get more obvious than that.
I'm sure the families of these soldiers don't think the death of a loved one is important either..<sarcasm>

What motivates them to rate * bad news down
is their undying devotion to their chimperor.
If the story reflects badly on *, they throw a '1' on it to try to bury it at the bottom of the "In other news" links.
I believe some of them would do so even if the story involved * hacking their own mama to pieces with a Kitchen Magician.

Pretty disconcerting.

42. I'm sure you're right, but it's so weird.
I liked Clinton pretty well, but I'd hardly go around down-rating stories that might possibly be construed as some form of criticism of him.

I think these people would be happier with a King, or maybe some kind of Exalted Lifetime God-Approved Leader.

Maybe that's what they think they have????

EMAIL it to everyone you know using the link at the bottom of the page. The main yahoo "most popular" link goes to the stories that are emailed the most. And freepers can't vote down an emailed story.

Army Sgt. James A. Sherrill, 27, Ekron, Ky.; died Sunday in Bayji, Iraq, when an explosive detonated near his vehicle; assigned to the National Guard's 2113th Transportation Company, Paducah, Ky.

He lived not far from my mom. Local news did a wonderful piece on him and his family last night.

43. Guess what? "Avg Rating: 2.55, 313 votes"
We actually have a chimp-lovin' troop-hatin' lurker who spread the word to his/her posse...when I left for home an hour ago this was almost to '3'with almost 250 votes.

Hey freeper...why do you hate:

Marine Lance Cpl. Jeremiah C. Kinchen, 22, Salcha, Alaska; died Monday from an explosion in Iraq's Anbar province; assigned to Marine Forces Reserves 4th Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division, San Antonio, Texas; during Operation Iraq Freedom, Kinchen was attached to 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 8, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force.

Army Cpl. William D. Richardson, 23, Moreno Valley, Calif.; died Sunday in Baghdad, Iraq, from enemy fire and fell into a canal; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Division, Fort Riley, Kansas.

Army Sgt. Kelly S. Morris, 24, Boise, Idaho; died March 30 in Baghdad, Iraq, from injuries sustained from small arms fire; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division from Fort Stewart, Ga.

What did these young men do to you that you want to hide them away, or for that matter any of the other 1,540 of them?

Is it because you're ashamed of what you've done, and like the bedwetter you are you hide the pissed-on sheets in the bottom of the hamper so Mommy won't beat you again?

Is that it? Are you ashamed?

Good...you should be, you sick fuck.
