will wake up to the fact that they have been feeling prosperous only because of phony baloney home equity increases that are purely a function of low interest rates. When the panic sales and foreclosures start, then people will see what * has done to them.

I bought my house less than 8 years ago for $69,000.00, a virtually identical house next door sold over the weekend for $212,500.00. This is not real money, it's like the drunk who traded his $40,000.00 cat for a $50,000.00 dog.
