The St. Peter Principle....
Here's an interactive website showing the lovely little basilica Bernard Cardinal Law was given in Rome. It's Santa Maria Maggiore, probably the most beautiful basilica in Rome outside St. Peter's.

it is now his parish. He's in charge of this Basilica.

He was promoted to one of the most beautiful churches in the world.

Santa Maria Maggiore is gorgeous. I liked it better than San Pietro..

SMM and San Giovanni in Laterano are fantastic, much, much worth a visit than the other churches in Rome.
