I have ever seen on TV! As soon as Andy got into it, zap, cut him off. As soon as the mother got into it, same thing, over and over. What is the clown doing? Auditioning for O'Reilly's show? Gads what an annoying piece of loud mouth fluff.

Andy looked great. Sounded great too, which makes me think the
host-with-the-least was determined NOT to let him make his points.

Note to self: email MSNBC and tell them you won't be watching this show. Tell sponsors the same.

Interrupt, and hog all the airtime. They never offer succinct replies.. They know exactly how long a segment is and it's their JOB to take as much as they can. Even if they are saying NOTHING, they are preventing the other side from making a cogent statement.

This is why european shows are so much better. I have seen shows on BBC that have panels of 8-10 people, and EVERYONE gets as much time as they need to make their points. No one interrupts, and debate is just that...debate.

It kills me that "news" networks that CLAIM to be 24-7, structure their day around "shows", and adhere to time coonstraints. They should have guests available, and have discussions that are freewheeling and last as long as they last.. I mean what else is there that is so important? Re-runs of them interviewing each other?? of the 45th airing of "Flyboy"??

It's DELIBERATE.. they are out to muddy the waters and make everyone confused.

Didn't see all of it but looks inconclusive. Dietl unconvinced but the Iowa detective made good points countering Dietl's skepticism. The mother and Andy were solid; the investigation deserves to go forward.

As the mother said, all that's required is a DNA test on Gannon/Guckert. BTW, the Iowa detective's comment on seeing this kind of thing, where missing kid shows up in press conferences etc kind of settings...seeing this happen before, THAT was chilling, bonechilling to hear, whether or not Gannon/Gucker is or isn't Gosch !

He said they're gonna keep following the case. He talked to Gannon himself and the man never gave him a direct denial. If I was in Gannon's shoes, I'd give Dietl my parents' number or maybe even show him some old pictures. All Gannon would say is that he feels sorry for the woman.

I read all those threads, posted in many. Sat rivetted by my computer at one point unable to eat or drink. And then Skinner killed it. And me and my friend 'Sforza' spent another week being pissed and disappointed lamenting at all the hours wasted. Literally, we said that so many times. Wasted in the sense that if MSM doesn't cover some of these stories than we have no real hope, since we have no real resources.

And you did a stand-up job too. I think they tend to cut off people who aren't in studio because they know the person can't poke them in the nose.

I thought I had missed it. But they brought them back on. Andy you looked real good, in spite of being so sick. Noreen looked good too. The Deityl - whatever - guy is a typical New Yoker....he forgot to thank his guest for coming on.....well I didn't see him thank them. So Rothstein sent somebody to talk to him too! I caught that "door slamming" bit. And Gannon's lawyer has instructed him not to talk...WTF???? Just say it ain't so????????? Boy did that ever sound fishy!

Dietl was a little nervous. I never cared much for him but, he done good today.

I noticed he asked the standard, "Oh, those internet whacko" questions, but he's pushing the story and promised a follow up.

That MSNBC actually covered this story and set up as usual for an ambush on "Internet conspiracy theories" and blogs...

...and then they didn't ambush...

IS SHOCKING & HEARTENING!!! (for a change)

They actually left open that Guckert could be Gosch, and clearly said there is MUCH MORE TO THE STORY and that Guckert regardless has much to answer to for his involvements various and sundry. They mentioned spook connections and long-term brainwashing child molestation rings as possibilities without being dismissive.

Regardless, what superficiality! The meatball of a host didn't allow anyone to say anything much at all, sometimes not even a soundbite before his interruptions.

I saw Andy visibly surprised at one point (telling you to speak and then cutting you off after six words to segue to a commercial is kind of ridiculous even for blah-blah TV).

But again, they're clearly saying this story has legs! I like it!

Good work, Andy - get back on there.

And next time, when he says, "Anyone can say anything on the Internet," give him one of the following answers:

1) "Well, the standards of fact checking are the same whether it's published on the Internet or not - it's up to you to source and check your stories, some authors do it as well as any newspaper."

2) "Anyone can say anything on TV, too, you always have to know how to distinguish between what's true and what's not. There's no getting around it: the reader has to know how to read."

3) "As opposed to television, where no one ever says anything at all."

1. You & Noreen both came across very calm and sane.
2. The male-prostitute-with-white-house-press-credentials fact was possibly presented to a larger audience.

3. People were made more aware of the problem of child abuse.

..It's hard to say what the truth is at this point, but Gannon could submit to a DNA test quite easily, and lay this rumor to rest if he is not that woman's child. It would stand to reason he'd be eager to do so if he were not Gosch, and while it's understandable that he might be, as the reporter said "involved in other things he doesn't want to answer questions about" he could, with the aid of his attorneys, submit to the DNA testing while remaining silent on all other matters.

I think the most compelling bit of evidence yet is that he hasn't agreed to to that.

I got the feeling the host got that impression from his talk with Jeff Gannon..

BTW.. I saw Gannon driving last week on the beltway ;)

Just curious. Anyway - I am not totally convinced they are the same guy, since it seems Guckert/Gannon is a little old to be the same kid, BUT there is definitely something amiss - why doesn't he just submit to a DNA test. He doesn't even need to talk. It's all really weird.

I saw the bald head from behind.. and actually thought it might be him (the shape).. I pulled up next to him... and when I looked over, he was smearing lotion on his face and head! Then he looked at me.. I stared back... he accelerated! I was tempted to follow him, but I had somewhere to be...

Think about this.. Noreen must think it might be her son.. why else go on the show? Then Gannon wont deny its his mom, but says repeatedly that he's concerned for that woman.... This is so easy to solve, wheres Gannons mom! Wheres his birth certificate, whois the mom! This man didnt go back to any family after he was busted on TV. The child prostitution ring did steal kids and enslave them. These are the most subhuman people to use children like this! I am not sure this is the same boy.. but Gannon is hiding something!
