Why are they holding back the Kay report ?

I think it is indicative of just how manipulative and propagandistic this Administration can be. They are holding it back because they do not wish for it to be the subject of the day on cable television. In my opinion, they are waiting for a news story of major stature, then they will release the Kay story, hoping it will get little or no response from the American people. They are embarrassed and are looking to coverup their lies and reasons for going to war. Never a waking moment are they not looking for a propaganda opportunity. This type of attitude should scare the hell out of every American. What other reasons would they not be releasing the report?

Can't you wait until Friday afternoon, say about 4:30 p.m. EDT, when it will get the maximum exposure on all the Saturday evening news that the corrupt Bush administration wants it to have?
