Bolton was given a brass grenade as a gag. The joke, of course, is that he has a reputation for being anything but diplomatic. He proudly keeps it in his office.

This may be the worst nomination Bush has put forward. Considering the other war criminals he's elevated as of late, that's saying a mouthful.
