Did the 'big story' about Guckert/Gannon ever appear in major paper

west of the Mississippi?
Post some weeks back about the story not being dead, and a big deal to come in major paper.
Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about? I'd search but I lost my star (until I'm flush enough to donate again!)

2. yeah I saw that. wow. a repuke LIED....that's no story! happens every day

there was a post a while back about some big story that was going to break in major paper, but then the pope died and anything resembling actual news slid under the radar again
