Why Bush's lousy economy is good news for our borders & homeland security

I finally figured it out.

All those aspiring USA-bound Mexicans are finally realizing that wages up here will soon be less than what they're making at home in Mexico!

And here all of you thought the chimp didn't have a plan to keep illegal aliens out.
