Am I the only one who's kind of glad that Clark is absorbing some of the let's-pile-on-Dean crowd's threads today? Don't get me wrong; I like what I see in Clark, so far, that is. But it's nice to get a bit of a break from the constant Dean bashing that goes on here.

Who governed a state with less population and diversity than Minneapolis/St. Paul?

Officially, I can't say you never did anything for me.

It's like the feeding frenzy crowd can't decide what to eat, they've had a steady diet of robust northern baked Dean, and were intriqued by the scent of savoury southern fried Clark. No doubt once satiated, they will turn back to nibble some more Dean, but for now, yes, it's nice. :)

It's so much fun reading all the threads tonight, it's almost a festive atmosphere. At least, Dean will get a rest from the criticism now with Gen. Clark in the running.

..that I like lean a lot and I would vote for him if he got the nomination. I think it is despicable when democrats bash each other over different candidate preferences, and I am calling on all my fellow clarkies not to bash the Deanies even if they provoke it.

I can't stand this midwestern transplant that is on in the afternoons! He's a self-righteous, rwjerk but the radio was on the station from this morning. This same type jerk called in and mentioned being disillusioned with Smirk*, but didn't seem to care for any of the Dems either. He went on to start slamming Dean and made a comment along the lines of....'a governor with a population of 3 and absolutely no blacks or other minorities, blah, blah.

I didn't have my phone or I would have been forced to try to call in and mention to the radio host that his boss has mentioned to him before to stop playing to the lowest common denominator! Of course, I've only gotten through the call screener once and I told a little white lie to get on that day.

I'll be going to a house party Sat. and wearing my Dean t-shirt at a neighborhood gathering Sat. Just love pissin' off my neighbors!

Clark is going to have to earn my vote- until then the Doctor is in!

imagine... you are trying to build momentum, you are talking to reporters, and they want talk about your issues - they want to focus on the rivalry with Dean. Whatever you do - this other guy - present or not - is the focus of the interview/press folks. So you go off mike, are walking away and voice your frustration. And its caught on tape.

Ever had one of those days? I have. I just never had the fortune to share the fact of that day with the country. Poor guy. And in the end - each of these candidates is a guy or a lady - human. For me, at least, that means each is worthy of a bit of empathy.
