3. Yup, we have to get rid of that nasty fillibuster those dems use...
I'm sure 80% of them are now considered activist judges and thus are on the culture of life's "hangin' list".

5. Virtually all of them. That's a fact.
Though you'd never know it from the lies the repukes spin.

7. Isn't he though? Such clarity of thought in his writing.
I wish he could have lived to be a hundred and twenty.

9. Yeah, he died way to young
I watched Cosmos a few months ago and in one episode he was talking about the Cassini project to land Huygens on Titan, and how he can't wait to see that. It's a shame really. In a world like this we need people like him. And his solar sail is supposed to launch in a couple months. Should be interesting.

10. and how many of Clintons did they filibuster???
I know its a fairly outrageous number comparatively. I also know that when the moderate RW voters figure that out, that the hypocrisy will be glaring and unavoidable.

The power crazy theocratic neocon death cult contains the worst that not only the US but the entire world have to offer. Such whiney, sore loser, unethical disgusting and lieing trash...

11. I don't think they did
But that's because the Senate respected traditional rules. Like when Abraham wouldn't return the blue slip on the Sixth Circuit judges, the Senate didn't push them through anyway. That's the situation with 3 judges, the Senate is pushing them through despite Stabenow and Levin blue slips. Carolyn Kuhl from CA is another one like that. She never should have gotten out of committee, but they pushed her to a vote too. Bush and the Senate just do not care about the other half of the country that doesn't want these right wing judges.

12. They did not need to filibuster because they were in the majority
All they had to do was defeat them in committee. The filibuster is only good if you are in the minority..It is a way of getting the majority to at least look at the minority viewpoint. It is essential for a Republic but not for an Empire.
